Before opening your franchise location, you and your manager will attend training at our corporate office to learn about marketing, company culture, working in a studio, and how to properly prepare our ElastiK wax in the lab. As you approach your studio’s Granding Opening, our training staff will be at your location for a week to review everything taught at our home office to ensure you feel ready for your opening.
Your team of waxers will train at Uni K Wax University. This is where your staff will learn our one-of-a-kind technique. Studying both concept and execution, your waxers will learn our specialized way of waxing, which ultimately provides a more comfortable experience for customers and consistent results. Your waxers will also be trained on our product line so they can educate customers on how to best maintain their waxing services between appointments.
At Uni K Wax, we have the One Wax Guarantee: One wax pour. One wax warmer. Individually prepared for each visit. During pre-opening training, you, your manager, and your waxers will learn how to properly prepare our proprietary wax blend fresh for each appointment. Clean, consistent, and comfortable experiences for our customers is paramount. And we’ll teach you and your team exactly how to provide that level of service.
