MIAMI, FL — Uni K Wax, the premier 34-unit hair removal and waxing franchise, is celebrating a robust third quarter marked by double-digit increases in sales, growing membership numbers and several strategic initiatives that are setting the stage for continued success into Q4.
“We are thrilled with our performance so far this year, particularly the double-digit sales increases and the strong growth in services tied to our membership program,” said Heather Harris, CEO of Uni K Wax. “Our membership continues to expand and recurring revenue is on the rise, signaling strong customer retention and satisfaction.”
Sixty percent of Uni K Wax members have been with the brand for six months or longer, showcasing the stickiness of its membership program. The brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional value through its proprietary all-natural, gluten-free wax and superior customer service continues to resonate with customers. Additionally, growth in new-triers, fueled by revamped marketing efforts, has brought fresh energy to the brand.
The launch of Uni K Wax’s new website has also played a critical role in enhancing the customer experience this quarter. Featuring a cleaner design and improved booking capabilities, the new platform allows customers to schedule appointments with wait times under 20 minutes, improving service efficiency.
On the development side, Uni K Wax sold three new franchise locations in Q3 and hosted several highly successful candidate Approval Days, further driving interest from potential franchisees.
“With expansions in membership offerings, and new unit growth, we will be positioned nicely for a strong 2025 and beyond,” said Harris.
Uni K Wax has exciting plans for the final quarter of 2024, including the launch of a new buy-two-get-one-free offer designed to introduce more customers to the Uni K Wax experience.
Additionally, Uni K Wax is launching their Black Friday promotions earlier this year, which will include a combination of membership and packaged service. Offers to entice both new and returning customers.
